This is to announce that the Editor-In-Chief of Electronic Physician accepted an invitation from the former head of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to deliver a speech on "Publication Ethics" in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in August 2015. The topic of the speech is “Journal Hijacking‐‐A rising threat to Scholarly Publishing/Scientific Community.

The audience will be university lecturers, journal administrators, publishers, and editors-in-chief of scientific journals. Further detail and the speech report will be published on our website as soon as the information is available.
